All live plants and animals ship Monday through Wednesday. We do not ship live plants and animals over the weekend.
All other products ship Monday through Friday.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number.

If you need to cancel your order for any reason, email us at support@sacredfins.com and include "CANCEL" in the subject line along with your order number.
The deadline to cancel an order is 12pm EST on the day your fish are scheduled to ship.
