Refund policy

We ship our live animals and plants with top-of-the-line shipping material and extreme care in packaging. Please review our Live Arrival Guarantee.

We do not guarantee fish beyond the day of arrival. Please research the requirements for each fish to ensure a suitable environment, food, and compatible tank mates.

In the rare event of a loss, please contact our Customer Support immediately to file a DOA claim. Send an email to support@sacredfins.com, include "DOA" and your order number in the subject line. In the body, include your name, the name of the animal/plant, and the quantity. Please include a photo if the lost specimen (under 5MB, no videos).

Once we receive a valid claim, we will refund you for the value of the fish immediately (Please allow 48 hours depending on your bank). We do not send out replacements.
